Three tiles wide of Beachrings2 is enough for wheelcharis. Traffic in both directions should have more tiles.
Beachrings2 inside the main tent to provide footing for all the vendors.
Workers use Beachrings2 to deliver heaters to the main tent.
Access is provided from the oceanfront drive to the main tent, by Beachrings2.

Summary: To provide pedestrian access over sand at the 18th Annual Polar Plunge benefiting Special Olympics Virginia. More than 3,200 thrill-seekers braved the chilly Atlantic Ocean wearing nothing but swimsuits and zany costumes. Proceeds from the Plunge benefited Special Olympics Virginia.
