The Preserve at the Clam Farm

This property is surrounded by salt marsh and is defined as highly sensitive to any run off. No consolidation of stormwater was allowed. Gravelpave2 was approved because there is actually less runoff than the formerly exposed raw land beneath it. The Cities of Charleston, North Charleston, Mt Pleasant and Summerville seem to be pleased with Gravelpave2 because of its durability and total functionality as a complete stormwater management system in and of itself.
